LASER OPERATIONS

Our Laser Operations department makes our highly individualized, one-to-one marketing pieces come to life by combining database information with variable images and text. Our four-color variable printing is dynamic and powerful. It highlights our focus on matched personalization, where both letter and envelope are address-matched with complete reliability.

As an industry leader, RME/DME keeps a keen business eye on the latest advancements in the printing and marketing industries. To that end, our strong, strategic relationship with Xerox resulted in a unique opportunity that allowed us to become the first company in the Southeast to receive the new Xerox DocuColor iGen3 Digital Production Printers.

Today, the addition of four Xerox iGen3 printers makes our variable printing even more powerful. Individual pictures, text, headlines, and color schemes can all be rotated “on the fly.” When these elements are tied in to database demographic information, the variable results make each piece of a print job unique to the recipient.

Our ability to handle a variety of paper stocks, sizes and formats and simplex and duplex laser in either black or highlight color, combined with both speed and accuracy, makes us untouchable in the industry. We have the capabilities of imaging sheets as small as 7x10 and as large as 14x20 with an inkjet technology that handles 600 DPI.

VARIABLE PROGRAMMING

The Variable Programming Department is where nearly every aspect of the Creative, Database, and Laser Departments come together. Our programmers create complex systems using highly sophisticated software to take every aspect of specific customer databases and assign values to them in either graphic or textual formats. These values coincide with every recipient on a client’s mailing list. This complex data is applied to our print pieces thus creating truly personal and unique messages tailored to every individual.

RME/DME achieves stellar results by utilizing the latest in variable programming and printing technology with XMPie and the Xerox DocuColor iGen3 Digital Production Press.

POSTAL RELATIONS

Since RME/DME usually produces over 1 million letters per day, we have established and maintained an excellent relationship with the United States Post Office. So much so that we operate a postal hub on-site with assigned postal employees. This results in Postal Verification taking place before the mail leaves our back door. This enables us to react very quickly and solve potential issues in a timely manner. Having postal employees on site every day has proven to be a tremendous benefit. While others are leaving voice-mails attempting to receive answers to important questions, we can secure the information we need immediately, thus avoiding unnecessary delays.

Over the years, we have worked closely with the USPS to obtain complete compatibility for our unique, inventive Express envelope designs to mail at 1st class and Standard postage rates. This ensures a timely delivery with maximum response at the best possible postage rates.

DATABASE MANAGEMENT

Our goal is to drill down to identify the most likely candidates or prospective customers for our clients. To get that kind of comprehensive response list, we often mine data from more then one source. RME/DME has developed strategic alliances with nearly every list company in the United States.

Our Data Processing Department offers list procurement services as well as address correction and hygiene services. We utilize both BCC and First Logic software, among the most up to date in the industry.

TELEPHONY SERVICES

Our Telephony Services are headquartered in our exclusive Customer Interaction Center (CIC). The Center is designed to handle automated and operator-controlled calls, both inbound and outbound. The CIC has the ability to record and program both voice broadcast and incoming IVR calls. It also employs a full complement of Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to handle live phone calls in an efficient, pleasing and friendly manner.

Because we recognize that the quality of the people on our phones is an important part of any telephony program, our customer service operators attend rigorous training and are screened and supervised on a continual basis. They also work in a professional, relaxed environment that is conducive to quality customer interaction.

Over 150 trained CSR's take care of the inbound/outbound calls for all of our customer acquisition and retention programs. Our Call Center receives an average of 1500 inbound calls daily, and can process up to 5000 calls per hour. Additionally, our automated predictive dialer operates 6 days a week, and makes an average of 100,000 calls per day. We have the capacity to send up to 80,000 automated messages per hour.
